Ruby Bolton was born and raised in California. She received her Bachelor's degree in English from Brigham Young University and her J.D. from the University of Texas, Austin. Ruby was selected as a student member of the Robert W. Calvert American Inn of Court - Austin, TX, and was selected to be an Associate Editor for the Journal of Women and the Law. Upon graduation, Ruby Bolton was awarded membership in the honorary society of the Order of Barristers. Since 1994 Ruby Bolton has been helping clients weather the trials of divorce. She aggressively protects her clients’ interest in marital property and ensures that the final judgment of the Court is in the best interest of the children. As a divorced mother of five children, Ruby is keenly aware of the emotional and financial trauma divorce places on both the parties and their children, if any, and protects her clients rights during this difficult process.
