Joseph Bombagetti III, born in Calumet City, Illinois, is a 2003 graduate of Wabash College, 
Crawfordsville, Indiana, and received both his J.D. and LL.M. (Master of Laws in Commercial Real Estate), with honors, degrees from The 
John Marshall Law School, in Chicago, Illinois. Joe's 
LL.M. program stressed both practical and cutting edge aspects of the real estate industry and real estate law. 
Joe joined Kelly Law Offices in 2005 as a law clerk and has remained with the firm after his admission to the 
Illinois Bar in November 2007. Joe currently focuses his 
practice on 
real estate and transactional matters, including purchase 
arid sale, 
development, landlord/tenant disputes, zoning, 
construction defect, and lien claims. 
Joe is also actively involved in many of the 
firm's litigation matters. 
Joe is a 
member of

Bar Association, 
American Association of Motorcycle 
Injury Lawyers, and Phi Alpha Delta. 
Joe counsels his clients on business decisions, dispute resolution,
