Jeffrey was born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 23, 1980. He graduated from the College of Charleston (B.S. 2003) and cum laude from the Charleston School of Law (J.D. 2007) where he was an Associate Student Works Editor of the Federal Courts Law Review. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2007. He is a member of the Charleston County, South Carolina, and American Bar Associations.
His areas of practice include general negligence, civil and commercial litigation, insurance law, products liability, medical malpractice defense, health care law, and employment law.
