Erin Boisvert has been practicing law since 1991. She concentrates her practice in the area of family law including divorce, custody disputes, support issues, paternity, and guardianships of a minor. She also practices in the areas of real estate litigation (boundary disputes, adverse possession, and petitions to partition) as well as employment law, appellate law. Erin has extensive trial experience in Probate and Family court and the Land Court. She has also appeared before the Appeals Court and Supreme Judicial Court. A graduate of Saint Michael's College in Vermont, she received her law degree from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Western New England College. Erin is a member of the Boston Bar Association and is an active participant in the Family Law Division of the Volunteer Lawyer's Project.
