Bleier, Adam N.

Jason Blanchard is part of the Litigation Group at Andersen, Tate & Carr. Mr. Blanchard focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation, business litigation, and employment law. He represents a variety of businesses and individuals in trial and appellate litigation. While in law school, Mr. Blanchard served as summer law clerk to Justice Hugh P. Thompson at the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Mr. Blanchard received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in 2007, where he was a member of the Brainerd Currie Honor Society. He was a member of the Mercer Law Review during 2005-2006, as well as a member of the Moot Court Board during 2005-2007. He was also a competitor in the Vale Corporate Law Moot Court Competition in Wilmington, Delaware, while at Mercer.

Mr. Blanchard received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in accounting, cum laude, in 2001 from Augusta State University. At Augusta State, Mr. Blanchard was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Prior to attending Augusta State University, Mr. Blanchard attended Maryville College, in Maryville, Tennessee, where he was a member of the football team.

Mr. Blanchard is also a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Blanchard was employed by Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, a regional CPA firm, as a senior auditor where he performed audit and consulting services. He also worked as an internal auditor with the Medical College of Georgia Health, Inc.

Mr. Blanchard was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Georgia in 2007, and is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Blanchard is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, and the American Association of Attorney-CPAs.

Mr. Blanchard grew up in Augusta, Georgia. He, his wife Mona, and daughter Renee, currently live in Grayson.
