Jami Jo Bishop received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinct honors in Psychology and History from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2007. She then attended the University of South Dakota School of Law and received her law degree with high honors in 2010.
Jami has been recognized for her outstanding academic performance. She is a Phi Beta Kappa and a multiple honoree of the Dean’s List at University of Nebraska-Lincoln as well as at the University of South Dakota School of Law and is a member of the National Honor Society.
Jami has been an active leader in numerous legal research projects and volunteers her time with the R.D. Hurd Pro Bono Society and the Red Cross. She worked as a summer associate at the law firm of Fuller & Sabers in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2009 and after receiving her law degree in 2010 she joined the Janklow Law Firm, Prof. L.L.C. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where she continues to be employed.
