Bitton, Daniel S.

Neal Bingham practices in the Business Law, Litigation, and Real Estate and Environmental areas. Neal's practice focuses primarily on business and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in a variety of complex civil litigation in state and federal court involving claims arising out of real estate development, shareholder disputes, and the operation of residential and commercial condominiums.

While in law school, Neal interned with the Hon. Robert B. Collings, Chief Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and with the Boston law firms of Ross, Martel & Silverman LLP, Latronico, Black & Whitestone, as well as with Davis Malm.
