Phillip L. Billet is an Associate at Belkin Burden Wenig & Goldman, LLP. He joined the firm in 1997 and specializes in administrative law and rent regulation. Mr. Billet handles cases before the New York State Supreme Court and various administrative agencies, including the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR). He represents landlords who are applying for various types of relief under the rent regulatory laws of the State of New York, including requests for rent increases, requests for permission to modify building services and appeals of DHCR Orders.
