A full time intellectual property litigator, Anthony J. Biller represents clients in patent, trademark copyright, trade secret lawsuits and related disputes in courts throughout the country. Mr. Biller assists people through legal crisis, placing particular interest in avoiding disputes before they arise, trying to resolve disputes early, and winning those cases he is not able to resolve. In addition to working in litigation since 1994, Mr. Biller has served in the federal court system, where most intellectual property lawsuits are tried. He served as a United States District Court judicial clerk for the late Honorable William L. Osteen, Sr., in the Middle District of North Carolina.
