David Biderman focuses his practice on commercial and product liability litigation. He represents clients in toxic tort, unfair business practices, product liability and general commercial matters. Also, he has substantial experience in consumer class actions and has defended companies such as Starbucks, Google, Kia Motors America, Cingular Wireless and W.R. Grace &; Co. in class actions. David has served on national trial teams and has helped formulate nationwide jury trial strategies for product liability and property damage cases. He currently manages a group of lawyers defending approximately 1,500 toxic tort cases pending in California state courts.
