Bennett, Michael P.

Kathryn Bennett is a senior associate in the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Practice Group. She joined the firm in September 2006.

Practice

Ms. Bennett has represented debtors and creditors (including bondholders, landlords and general unsecured creditors) in various bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and related litigation. Ms Bennett has advised lenders, borrowers and investors in matters relating to public and private debt financings including complex, international and domestic credit facilities, acquisition financing, receivables securitizations and equipment financing.

Community Involvement

Ms. Bennett has volunteered with the Citizen Schools' Legal Apprenticeship Program.
