Born in Canonsburg, PA in 1964, Mark F. Bennett graduated with a B.A. from Duquesne University in 1986. In 1989, he obtained a J.D. from Duquesne University, where he was a member of the Duquesne University Law Review. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State Courts and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He began his legal career working as a clerk in the Parental Counsel Division of the Washington County Juvenile Courts and as a clerk in a private law office. After graduating from law school, he joined a law firm concentrating in general Civil Litigation. He left that position to join Berger and Green, where he represents injured accident victims in Personal Injury claims as a Pennsylvania Personal Injury attorney.
Mr. Bennett is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PaAJ), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), and the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), where he served on the Public Service Committee and the Bench Bar Conference Committee. He is also a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation.
