Jonathan practices primarily in the areas of real estate and business law, with a focus in real estate and commercial litigation. He advises clients in connection with real estate purchases, sales, financing, and operation, as well as property tax appeals, receiverships, foreclosures, evictions, and condominium and community association matters. Jonathan assists clients with various business transactions and helps clients resolve their civil disputes that have arisen within a commercial context, involving a contractual or organizational dispute.
In addition to his legal practice, Jonathan is active in the Cincinnati community. He sits on a number of Boards, including The Cincinnati Athletic Club, the Hyde Park Blast, Cincinnati Junior Council for Children’s Hospital, the Kairos Foundation, and the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick Foundation. He has also participated in the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change Leadership Program. Jonathan regularly volunteers in the development office at St. Xavier High School and as a server at St. Margaret Hall, a local retirement community.
