Bender, Charles A.

Mr. Belk is a consumer protection and patient advocate.  His practice is dedicated solely the representation of families and individuals injured by the carelessness or negligence of others.  He graduated with honors from Missouri State University and University of Missouri Law School in Kansas City.  Admitted to the bar in 1993, he practices in State and Federal Court in Missouri and worked on cases throughout the Midwest.   He is a frequent lecturer to the local and state bars and lectured nationally.

Mr. Belk began his legal career clerking for the Honorable John C. Crow (Missouri Court of Appeals).  He then practiced four years at the Law Office of Turner, Reid, Duncan, Loomer and Patton, P.C.  And then in 1999 began his own firm, specializing in the fields of medical malpractice, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, personal injury and products liability.  Mr. Belk has obtained for his most deserving clients record verdicts and settlements exceeding 50 million dollars over the past ten years.
