Lorin B. Bender joined Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP as an associate in 2009. Ms. Bender specializes in civil litigation, estate planning, trust administration and probate law. Before joining Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP, Ms. Bender was an associate at Stein, Rudser, Cohen & Magid LLP, where her practice included real estate litigation, estate planning and commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Bender has served as second chair on real estate bench trials. She also has extensive experience with law and motion practice, including arguing dispositive motions. In addition, she has managed and handled all aspects of litigation, including pretrial discovery and settlement conferences. Ms. Bender also prepares estate planning documents and represents personal representatives throughout the probate process.
Ms. Bender earned her law degree order of coif and cum laude in 2004 from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. During law school, she was an Articles Editor of the Loyola Law Review. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Morris B. Jones of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Ms. Bender earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley.
Ms. Bender is a member of the State Bar of California and the Alameda County Bar Association.
