Bellair, Marisa A.

Mr. Belanger is an associate in our corporate department focusing his practice on the energy sector. His experience includes the review of legal title opinions and execution of curative operations in order to clear titles to mineral estates. He has reviewed and produced oil and gas leases, mineral right restrictions and assignments of oil and gas rights.

Prior to joining Lathrop & Gage, Mr. Belanger served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Terrie Livingston, Texas Court of Appeals, 2nd District.
