Casey Beckett is a member of Maslon's Litigation Group, serving clients in complex commercial disputes. He represents clients ranging from small business owners to large corporations throughout all stages of litigation. Casey has experience defending clients against antitrust, RICO, tortious interference, and other types of business-tort claims, including class-action lawsuits. Casey has represented clients in state and federal court, as well as federal appellate courts. Before joining Maslon, Casey practiced at a large private law firm.
Casey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Carleton College and attended the School for International Training in Bolivia. Casey is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Minnesota, the Western District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Eighth and Eleventh Circuits.
