Jeremy graduated from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma with a degree in marketing. He then graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in the top fifteen percent of his class as a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. After internships with the Oklahoma Attorney General's office and the Oklahoma County District Attorney's office Jeremy returned to McAlester, his hometown, and began his career with the Pittsburg County District Attorney's office. Jeremy has been in private practice with his partner, Warren Gotcher since 2002. Jeremy's focus is on personal injury litigation of all types. Jeremy and Warren recently obtained the largest verdict in Pittsburg County history with a $3,144,000 judgment against Public Service Company of Oklahoma.
