Ann Elizabeth Barton is a lifelong resident of Bucks County and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Ms. Barton attained her Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University-Dickinson School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Mount Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland.
Ms. Barton has previous experience working for the United States Government as a House of Representatives Page and as an intern to Former U.S. Congressman, James C. Greenwood. In addition, she served as a legal intern to the Pennsylvania State Senate Judiciary Committee. Ms. Barton also has worked for local homebuilder, DeLuca Homes and FMHC, a company that acquires land and zoning for cell phone towers. Ms. Barton comes to the law office of Karen Ann Ulmer as a former associate attorney of Begley, Carlin & Mandio, LLC.
