Mr. Baron is a principal of Aldrich Bonnefin & Moore, PLC. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1987 and is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in 1986, Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif. In addition, Mr. Baron received an MBA in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) (1979). He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Baron is admitted to all local federal district courts.
Mr. Baron specializes in commercial and real estate lending, letters of credit, employment law and corporate maters. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with the firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt (Los Angeles office) from 1989 to 1991. From 1987 to 1989 Mr. Baron was with the firm of McKenna, Conner & Cuneo, where he specialized in real property law. From 1980 to 1986 Mr. Baron was employed at NS&T Bank, N.A., in Washington, D.C., as an Assistant Vice President, where he specialized in commercial real estate and corporate lending.
Mr. Baron is a featured speaker for the Bankers' Compliance Group® lecturing on commercial lending, commercial real estate finance, loan workouts and collections, letters of credit, loan participations and employment law. Mr. Baron has also participated as a speaker at the CBA Annual Lenders Conference and at the CBA Annual Human Resources Conference.
Mr. Baron is a member of the Employment and Real Estate Subsections of both the California State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
