Ms. Barcroft’s practice focuses on employment law and commercial litigation. She represents clients in a wide range of employment litigation, including claims of discrimination and retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and breach of contract under federal and state law. Ms. Barcroft handles cases at the state and federal level, as well as before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. She regularly negotiates and drafts separation agreements. Ms. Barcroft also has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation matters and represents clients in internal investigations and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
