Roie M. Bar is a partner and co-founder of Bar Urness, PLC. Mr. Bar earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law, in conjunction with his M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, where he was an Accounting and Finance major, and worked in the accounting field before going to law school.
Prior to starting his practice at Bar Urness, Mr. Bar practiced commercial litigation with the law firm of Wilenchik & Bartness, P.C., where he handled construction litigation cases, contractual disputes, and a variety of other business-related litigation cases. Mr. Bar’s current practice is primarily focused in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, and Business Transactions. His cases vary from Business Formations to Dissolutions; Contractual Disputes; Franchising Disputes; Insurance Litigation; Construction Litigation; Landlord-Tenant Relations; Property-Tax Appeals; HOA Disputes; Drafting Wills and Trusts; and Collections.
