Banta, Richard J.

Charles J. Barbas is a partner of the firm. He focuses on patent drafting and prosecution, patentability studies and opinions, and client counseling in patent matters, including patent infringement and enforcement matters. Primary areas of technology include high performance computer system architectures; networks, including computer networks and network communication systems; and storage technologies, including storage area networks and network attached storage systems.

Charlie works with clients to pursue patent protection in the U.S. and foreign countries. He has also participated in appeal proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
