Yvonne is an associate at the Indianapolis based plaintiffs’ litigation firm, Price Waicukauski & Riley, LLC. Her practice focuses on business litigation, class action litigation, and civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Yvonne was an associate in the litigation group of a Los Angeles area firm in California, focusing on commercial and business litigation. During her time there, Yvonne was involved in a class action case representing over 300 tenants and secured a multi-million dollar settlement. In addition, shortly after graduating from the UCLA School of Law, Yvonne served as a judicial law clerk to the late Hon. Robert M. Takasugi in the Central District of California.
While an attorney in Los Angeles, Yvonne was a board member for the Latina Lawyers Bar Association and committee member for the UCLA School of Law Marco Firebaugh Dream Fund.
While at the UCLA School of Law, Yvonne was Vice-Chair of the National Latina/o Law Students Association, co-chair of La Raza Students Association, and co-editor-in-chief of the Chicano-Latino Law Review. During her summers, Yvonne interned at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, the Farmworker Division of Georgia Legal Services, and for the late Honorable Robert M. Takasugi in the Central District of California.
Yvonne is fluent in Spanish.
