Balat, Joseph

Robert M. Baldwin attended Kent State University and obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in English and Psychology.  He continued his studies at Ohio Northern University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. After completion of his JD, Mr. Baldwin went on to study comparative United States and European law at Oxford University in England. Attorney Baldwin has worked in private practice and by contract with many large Florida law firms since his licensing with the Florida Bar and the Federal Middle District of Florida. He has counseled and represented many clients in family, criminal, probate, civil, debt consolidation and bankruptcy matters. 

Robert Baldwin is the managing Bankruptcy Attorney with KEL.  At the firm, he focuses on consumer bankruptcy and debt settlement issues. He provides direction, counsel, and advocacy to clients struggling with their finances.
