Bradley is a member in the Firm's Litigation Section. Bradley has a varied litigation practice, representing clients throughout West Texas - and in over 65 counties throughout the state. He is a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. Bradley is licensed to practice before all state courts in Texas, all four districts for the United States District Courts, the Bankruptcy Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Energy and Real Property
Bradley represents clients dealing with energy and real property matters throughout the State of Texas, including disputes involving the following: Lease interpretation; Joint operating agreements; Royalty payments; Division orders; Purchase and sale agreements; Conveyance documents; Adverse possessions; and Title disputes. He represents operators, working interest owners, mineral and royalty owners, and service companies in disputes that arise during all phases of acquisition and operation.
Personal Injury
Bradley is a native of West Texas and utilizes his familiarity with the oil and gas industry, particularly drilling and pipeline operations, as an asset in handling personal injury litigation. He has represented corporate and insurance clients in a broad range of cases from drilling, pipeline, chemical plant, and trucking accidents involving wrongful death and personal injury to mass toxic tort cases involving alleged air and water contamination, asbestosis, silicosis, and other adverse health effects claimed by plaintiffs.
General Litigation
Bradley has represented farm and ranch owners in boundary, easement, adverse possession, and road access issues throughout the State of Texas. Bradley represents several banks and credit unions in the community, and has gained expertise in the creditor/debtor relationships that occur in the oil and gas business. He has been involved in handling litigation from the creditor side in state court, as well as in the bankruptcy courts.
Bradley is a member of the Litigation Section and the Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
