Michelle H. Badolato is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in commercial, banking, bankruptcy and creditor-debtor rights. She represents banks, mortgage companies, small to large businesses, and individual creditors with the legal aspects of their financial needs.
Ms. Badolato graduated from Gettysburg College with a bachelor's degree in 1995. She earned her law degree at Widener University School of Law in 1998 where she received a Certificate of Achievement in federal estate and gift tax and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
Ms. Badolato was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2001, Pennsylvania in 2008 and Maryland in 1998. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Badolato served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable D. William Simpson, the Honorable Richard D. Warren and the Honorable Donald C. Davis in the Circuit Court for Wicomico County, Maryland. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Districts of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. Badolato is active in the Camden County Bar Association (Board of Trustees, Executive Committee (2006-2007) Young Lawyers Committee Chair (2006-2007), Debtor-Creditor Committee), Burlington County Bar Association, the Camden County Bar Foundation (Board of Trustees) and is also a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland Bar Associations (Wicomico County Secretary 2000-2001). Ms. Badolato is a Barrister with the Bankruptcy Inns At Court. Ms. Baer is the Co-Author of Bankruptcy Practical Skill Series (2005 Edition) published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
Ms. Badolato was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1972.
