Elizabeth Bach graduated with high distinction from Indiana University (B.A. 2004) and received her legal education at Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University (J.D. 2010), graduating cum laude. While pursuing her law degree at night, she gained practical experience at the law firm of Mark Godbey & Associates as a law clerk and legal assistant. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Bernie Bouchard of the Hamilton County Municipal Court.
Her practice concentrates on probate administration and estate planning, with an emphasis on guiding the client through complex planning options, and simplifying the probate process for family members and loved ones. Areas of estate planning include Wills, Trusts (testamentary, irrevocable, revocable, charitable, A/B or spousal trusts), Powers of Attorney, Living Wills and Healthcare Powers of Attorney (Advanced Directives), Guardianships & Conservatorships, Elder Law, Medicare & Medicaid. Beth has also worked extensively with the local probate courts of the Greater Cincinnati Area, and over the past 4 years has administered numerous testate and intestate estates, including estates with special issues, such as insolvency, relief from administration, summary release from administration, surviving spouse’s rights, elective shares, will contests, and estate taxes and tax returns.
Beth also has experience with the areas of personal injury (including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and wrongful death), family law (adoption and prenuptial agreements), and small business representation (including organization, LLC operating agreements, transfer of ownership, dissolution, and litigation).
Beth is licensed in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association. She lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and golden retriever, and is an active member of her church.
