Babbin, Jeffrey R.

Mr. Badaczewski is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.  He has experience in complex litigation, restructurings, foreclosures, and major Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.  He has represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, private equity funds, and investment funds in Chapter 11 proceedings, bankruptcy-related litigation, and advisory work.  Prior to joining the Firm, he was an associate at Dechert LLP in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group
