Quillan Byam is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Mr. Byam was a summer associate at another firm in Washington DC, where he performed legal research on various complex issues that arose during large commercial real estate transactions, assisted in drafting documents related to a merger, and conducted extensive research on  Maryland state criminal law in connection with a pro bono criminal matter.

Prior to beginning his legal studies, Mr. Byam was a personal banker at Bank of America, where he advised clients on investment opportunities.
