Lawrence J. Avallone was born in New York, New York. He attended the State University of New York at Binghamton where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975. In 1980, he received his law degree from Temple University.
Attorney Avallone has been practicing law since 1981. He is experienced in all phases of Family Law litigation including divorce, annulment, child custody, child support, paternity, adoption and termination of parental rights. In addition, he is experienced in all phases of Orphans' Court litigation including will contests and guardianship litigation. He also currently practices extensively in all phases of real estate litigation including partition, quiet title, contract disputes, mortgage foreclosure defense, mortgage fraud litigation, zoning and boundary line disputes. He regularly appears in all courts in eastern Pennsylvania where he litigates real estate and commercial matters. He has represented dozens of businesses from construction companies to credit unions
He has practiced law for more than 30 years and has appeared before the Courts of Common Pleas, Superior Court, and Commonwealth Court. He has also appeared before the Federal Courts of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a current member of the Justinian Society, a society of attorneys of Italian heritage. In addition, the firm's lawyers are members of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Chester County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and American Bar Association. They practice in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
