Ms. Auxter is an associate in the business litigation practice.  She represents clients in litigated and non litigated business to business disputes such as breach of contract matters, business torts, professional liability matters, accountants' liability, dealership/distribution termination and non competition agreements.

Ms. Auxter has represented parties in multiple AAA arbitrations and mediations in the areas of accounting malpractice, breach of contract and dealership terminations. She has also coordinated discovery including propounding, responding, reviewing and associated discovery motion practice in complex, multi-party cases with large volumes of documents.
