Natascia Ayers, a senior trial attorney for Jaroslawicz & Jaros, is a member of the bars of New York, Florida, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and Southern District of Florida, and is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Since Mrs. Ayers began practicing law in 1995, she has secured several million dollar verdicts on behalf of her clients including $3 million in owed benefits on behalf of a paraplegic. She speaks Italian, French and understands Spanish.

At present, Mrs. Ayers is concentrating her practice on medical malpractice, handling such cases as: brain damage sustained by babies during childbirth; Transfusion Related Lung Injuries; failure to diagnose cancer; improperly performed gastric bypass surgery leading to death; severe bed sores as a result of improper care by a nursing home or health aide; and emergency room negligence including failing to properly diagnose and treat critical medical conditions such as necrotizing fasciitis, appendicitis, heart attack, and meningitis. In addition, Mrs. Ayers handles real estate matters, transactional and litigation, and further represents construction workers who have suffered serious injuries while on the job, which often requires the litigation of complex legal issues regarding safety devices under the New York Labor Laws.
