Corinne Atton is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. From 2003 to 2007, she was an associate in the London office in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She rejoined the firm in 2011.
Practice
Ms. Atton has a general litigation practice with a focus on patent litigation and complex commercial litigation. She has advised on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patent, trademarks, copyright, registered designs, design right, passing off and licensing issues. She has represented clients in cases involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices and software.
Past Experience
Prior to rejoining WilmerHale, Ms. Atton was a patent litigation associate with another US firm. While there, she assisted in matters involving medical devices and software.
From 2003 to 2007, Ms. Atton was an associate in WilmerHale’s London office. She concentrated her practice on UK intellectual property litigation and advised on all aspects UK and European intellectual property protection and enforcement, general commercial and UK procedural law.
Before joining WilmerHale in 2003, Ms. Atton was a pupil at 11 South Square, Gray's Inn, a leading London Intellectual Property Barristers Chambers. She is a member of Lincoln’s Inn, London.
