I began practicing law in 1978 at the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, where I was the Division Chief of the Social Security Division. While at the Legal Aid Society I handled hundreds of Social Security disability claims and SSI claims for both adults and children.

I went into practice for myself in 1980, and I have continued to represent Social Security disability claimant in all types of claims, both physical and mental.

I am an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives. On three different occasions I have been a guest speaker at their Annual Conference, where I have trained fellow lawyers who specialize in Social Security work.

I have also conducted more than ten training seminars for Florida Social Security disability lawyers.
