Dan graduated from Wright State University, summa cum laude, in 2007 with a B.S. in Accounting. He then attended law school at Indiana University, graduating magna cum laude, in 2010. While in law school, Dan participated in several Moot Court competitions, finishing as a semi-finalist in the school’s Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition and representing the law school as a competitor in the 2009 and 2010 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competitions in Chicago and Houston respectively. Dan was also President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
Dan is admitted to practice law in Indiana, and before the Federal District Courts of Southern and Northern Indiana. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.
Dan enjoys spending time with his family and playing almost any sport. He also enjoys traveling and has lived in Brazil, toured Europe, and driven through or visited almost all of the lower 48 states.
