Matthew C. Anderson is an Attorney practicing in the Riverside office of Creason & Aarvig, LLP. Matthew studied at Southeastern Louisiana University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in December of 1989 with majors in both English and History. He then pursued his legal studies at Western State University College of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in May of 1995. During his studies, Matthew worked as an insurance adjuster for Fireman's Fund and CNA dealing with professional liability claims. Since admission to the bar, Matthew's legal experience has been focused on civil defense including medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile injury and construction defects. Since joining the firm in 2008, Matthew's practice has focused on defending public entities including school districts, cities and police departments as well as corporations. In addition to this, Matthew has also been working at defending employers in wrongful termination cases, specifically in the fields of discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment claims, and wage and hour claims.
