Bret Anderson represents clients in business matters involving corporate law, real estate, bankruptcy, and Creditors' Rights. Before joining Ferguson Case Orr Paterson, Bret practiced at a bankruptcy litigation firm in Westlake Village, where he represented creditors' committees and disbursing agents in Chapter 11 proceedings.
Bret earned his law degree from Pepperdine University, where he received the Witkin Award for Legal Excellence in Christian Studies. During law school, Bret was actively involved with the Los Angeles Union Rescue Mission's Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to studying law, Bret earned a degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. As a precursor to earning his undergraduate degree, Bret was a two-year voluntary representative for his church in Uruguay, where he learned to speak Spanish fluently.
In his free time, Bret enjoys engaging in outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and two sons.
