Katherine M. Allen received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Davidson College where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa. She graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law and was a member of the Order of the Coif and the North Carolina Law Review. She was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1985, the Wisconsin Bar in 1990 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 1996. From 1990 through 1991, she served as the law clerk to the Honorable Barbara B. Crabb, Chief Judge of United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
Among Ms. Allen's recent public presentations was a seminar on "Top 10 Ways to Avoid Legal Trouble with Your Employees" to members of the Chamber of Business and Industry of Centre County's "Chamber U" with Attorney Janine Gismondi.
