R. MARK ALEXANDER, JR. is a Partner in the Gulfport, Mississippi office and is a member of the firm's Litigation section. Mark has experience in a variety of corporate, commercial, public utility, education and governmental agency issues, from both a litigation and transactional perspective.
Mr. Alexander's experience includes matters involving employment procedures, various education issues, joint use agreements, various public utility issues, contract disputes, CATV and telecom pole attachments, collections, workers' compensation, personal injury defense, property and casualty litigation, real property developments, eminent domain litigation, easement/right-of-way negotiation and acquisition projects and mass tort and class action litigation concerning products, asbestos, silica and pharmaceuticals. He has appeared before state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies and arbitration panels.
