Alan Alexander graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi in 2000. While in law school, Alan was an officer in the Moot Court Board and member of numerous student organizations. In 1999, he was a member of the law school’s Trademark Competition Team which took the national championship in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition.
After graduation, Alan spent 15 months in Jackson, Mississippi, where he clerked for the Mississippi Supreme Court. In 2006, Alan left government service to form the law firm of Justice & Alexander, P.A. with fellow attorney James B. Justice. In 2010, Alan left that firm to continue on as a solo practitioner, with an emphasis in consumer bankruptcy.
