Alba, Isaias

Cy Alba, a senior associate with PilieroMazza PLLC, practices primarily in the area of government contracts.  Mr. Alba counsels clients in a broad range of government contracting matters, including: overall regulatory compliance; counseling on a wide variety of small business issues, the prosecution or defense of size and status protests/appeals (HUBZone, SDVO, etc.); defense of suspensions and debarments; ITAR compliance and the preparation of technical assistance agreements and/or manufacturing licensing agreements for the export of defense articles and data; the preparation and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and joint venture agreements; the preparation and pursuance of claims and requests for equitable adjustment to a wide variety of federal agencies; and the prosecution or defense of bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Alba also assists PilieroMazza clients with general litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Prior to joining PilieroMazza PLLC, Mr. Alba was an associate with Saltman & Stevens, P.C. focusing on government contracts litigation including claims, requests for equitable adjustment, bid protests, and other related matters.
