Mr. Adrian has advised corporate clients in a wide range of transactions, including general business contracts and the acquisition and divestiture of businesses and has represented publicly held companies in connection with public offerings of securities and counseled investment advisers on various regulatory matters.
Mr. Adrian has assisted many individual and business entity clients through the gaming license application and suitability investigations in multiple jurisdictions and has provided counsel to such licensees to develop and refine their compliance procedures.
