Mr. Aderton has represented both corporations and individuals in class action litigation involving the federal securities laws and other corporate law issues. He has also represented financial institutions, accounting firms, and individuals in connection with investigations conducted by the SEC and other regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Aderton clerked for the Honorable J. Frederick Motz of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Aderton was a summer associate at the firm in 2003.
