Attorney Thomas J. Addesa earned his Juris Doctor degree from Capital Univeristy Law School in 1985. Mr. Addesa has been a practicing attorney since 1985, focusing in the Family Law area since 1998. He has had a Specialty Certification in Family Law through the Ohio State Bar Association since 2005. Tom provides advice and representation for clients in matters involving divorce, dissolution of marriage, post-divorce matters, child custody disputes, paternity issues, gestational surrogacy matters, egg donation, child support matters, spousal support (alimony), pre-nuptial agreements, and matters involving pensions and retirement funds earned during a marriage. Tom is also available to act as a mediator in these (and other) areas, and he is an Adjunct Professor with Capital University Law School, teaching the Divorce and Family Mediation Course offered at the Law School.
