CAROL ABRAMS, ESQ., is a senior associate within the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP. Ms. Abrams legal practice includes the following areas: real estate law, landlord tenant law, personal injury litigation and general civil litigation at both the trial and appellate level. Ms. Abrams is a graduate of New York Law School, where she obtained both her J.D. and L.L.M. in Taxation. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
