Regina started her career as a high school French and English teacher before attending law school. Upon admission to the bar, Regina practiced insurance defense litigation with Ronald G. Morrison in Spokane, Washington. In late 2007, Regina joined Owens & Crandall’s litigation group, primarily handling insurance claims, personal injury and medical malpractice cases, as well as general commercial litigation. Regina enjoys arguing and advocating for her clients, but also understands the economic and emotional impact lawsuits have on the litigants. As a result, Regina is versed in all methods of alternative dispute resolution and consistently endeavors to find the most efficient and economical means to disputes, when feasible.
As a complement to her civil litigation practice, Regina also serves as general counsel to various large and small businesses, providing legal advice geared toward avoiding litigation. Further, Regina is available to local lawyers, as well as potential clients, who need assistance in handling cases on appeal. As a former English teacher and editor, Regina’s writing abilities can prove invaluable to preparing an effective and persuasive appellate submission.
Regina is married and has two children. Her husband is a Mental Heath Therapist. Her recreational pursuits include biking, swimming, hiking, and cheering her children on in their activities.
