Bill Zawrotny's practice includes a broad range of corporate work, with experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, venture capital investments, and general corporate counseling. In addition, Bill has advised large NYSE and NASDAQ issuers, as well as foreign private issuers, on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and other corporate governance reforms.

Bill also serves as general corporate counsel to several start-up companies, primarily in the medical devices industry, including MedShape Solutions and Axion BioSystems. Bill's recent client representations also include Flowers Foods, Procter & Gamble, Reader's Digest, J.M. Huber Corporation, and WL Ross & Co.

Bill is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
