Attorney Kenneth B. McClain has had many high-profile cases during his career, including multimillion-dollar settlements for clients suffering from popcorn lung disease as the result of exposure to diacetyl vapors from microwave popcorn.

As a partner in the firm Humphrey, Farrington & McClain P.C., Mr. McClain focuses on personal injury, asbestos and toxic tort. Serving clients nationwide, Mr. McClain also represents clients locally in the Kansas City metro area, including the cities of Kansas City (Missouri and Kansas), Independence, Liberty, Lexington, Blue Springs, Gladstone, Raymore, Raytown, Belton, Harrisonville and the counties of Cass, Clay, Clinton, Henry, Jackson, Lafayette, Platte and Ray.
