Mary Beth Young specializes in appellate and constitutional litigation. She has substantial experience in Ohio and federal appellate practice, having participated in a variety of representations in the United States Supreme Court, the Ohio Supreme Court, and Ohio and federal intermediate courts. Mary Beth's substantive experience includes a range of commercial litigation matters as well as significant experience in constitutional law, including First Amendment commercial speech, Establishment Clause and Free Exercise, Equal Protection, Dormant Commerce Clause, and federal preemption issues. Mary Beth also has an active pro bono practice and has achieved favorable outcomes for pro bono clients in the Sixth and Seventh Circuits.
Mary Beth is a member of the Ohio, Columbus, and Fairfield County Bar Associations.
